Customer's reviews

I would highly rocommend Sarah and her firm for your estate planning needs. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial consultation, addressing and handling any questions and concerns regarding the initial drafts and review, to finalizing the signing and witnessing process. Each step of the way she instilled confidence that I had made the right choice. Lastly, and once everything was completed, I left with a list of items to address with my loved ones and a clear cut plan of how to instruct family members to move forward at that special time of need. I'm thankful that I chose Sarah S. Shepard as my estate planning attorney! ~ Dave D
We needed to have our end of life planning documents drawn up (Will, Advanced Directive, etc.) and were looking for a way to get this done with minimum hassle. Sarah's office has an easy online scheduling system; then she does a consultation with you about what kinds of documents you need and answers any questions. The office sends you a survey to get information, writes up the documents, and emails you digital versions, making adjustments as needed. As legal matters go, it was a pretty painless process--no easy feat! She also charges a flat fee up front so you know what you are paying and what you are getting for it. I would recommend to people who need documents for end-of-life planning. ~ Bonnie W
Very positive experience working with Sarah Shepard (and her team) and highly recommend her. My mother and I recently moved to the Huntsville area from Ohio and she helped us to update our wills (and trust), powers of attorney, and health care directives. The process was very efficient (largely electronic) and completed timely and at a reasonable cost. She provided us with expert guidance and tailored the various legal documents to our specific needs/desires. We were thankful we engaged an experienced professional (versus DIY approach) as the peace of mind of knowing our affairs are in order is comforting. ~ Lynda B
