They make you feel very comfortable, and guide you through all the necessary steps of the process in as much detail as you need to get the result you want. They can handle as much of the process through phone, email and video calls as you would like, which greatly reduces the travel time required to, in our case, a single trip for document signing. Questions were answered promptly as were document updates we needed after reviewing the draft versions.
